This Privacy Policy explains how Prisma ERP ("the Application", "we", "us"), provided by Thinking Dynamics LLC, handles information when you use the optional integration that publishes your business calendar events to Google Calendar. It applies to https://www.asgtekideal.com/ and related services.

1. Information we access

The Google Calendar integration is optional and only active after you explicitly connect your Google account through Google's OAuth consent screen. When enabled, we access the following Google user data through the Google Calendar API, using the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar:

Calendar management — we create and manage a single dedicated calendar in your Google account (named "Prisma ERP — [your company]") to hold the events published from the Application.
Event write access — we create, update, and delete events only within that dedicated calendar, to keep it in sync with the events you schedule inside Prisma ERP.

We store, on our servers, only what is necessary to operate the integration:

OAuth access and refresh tokens for your Google account (encrypted at rest).
The identifier of the dedicated calendar we created for you.
For each published event, the identifier of its mirror event in Google Calendar.

2. How we use the information

To publish, update, and remove your Prisma ERP events in your dedicated Google calendar (a one-way synchronization: from Prisma ERP to Google Calendar).
To keep your connection working (refreshing access tokens automatically).

We do not read your existing personal Google Calendar events for any purpose, we do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties. Access is strictly scoped per company: one company's data is never published to another company's Google account.

Limited Use disclosure. Prisma ERP's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Data storage and security

OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are used only by the Application's backend to call the Google Calendar API on your behalf. Tokens are isolated per company. We apply industry-standard measures to protect this information; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

4. Data retention and deletion

You remain in control at all times:

Click Disconnect in Prisma ERP (My Company → Integrations) to delete the stored Google tokens for your company and stop all further synchronization.
You may also revoke the Application's access directly from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
The dedicated calendar and any events already published remain in your Google account until you delete them; you own and control them.

5. Third parties

The only third party involved in this integration is Google, whose handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We do not transfer Google user data to any other party.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date.
