It manages scheduling, work orders, inventory, manufacturing, project billing, purchasing and accounting in a single system — and lets you connect your Google account to sync your project schedules and appointment reminders to Google Calendar, so your whole team sees the same schedule everywhere.
Prisma ERP is a web-based business management application (an ERP) used by construction, manufacturing and field-service companies to run their daily operations: crew scheduling and dispatch, work orders, inventory and lot tracking, manufacturing and MRP, project scope-of-work and progress billing, purchasing, and accounting (accounts receivable and payable).
Prisma ERP also offers an optional Google Calendar integration. With your explicit consent, the application connects to your Google account to create a dedicated “Prisma ERP” calendar and publish the events you schedule inside the app to it — a one-way synchronization from Prisma ERP to Google Calendar. When you connect your Google account, Prisma ERP creates a dedicated “Prisma ERP” calendar and publishes the events you schedule inside the app to it — a one-way sync from Prisma ERP to Google. We never read your existing personal events, and access is isolated per company. Prisma ERP uses the Google Calendar API (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar) solely to create that dedicated calendar and to create, update and delete the events it publishes to it.
