These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Prisma ERP ("the Application"), provided by Thinking Dynamics LLC, including its optional Google Calendar integration, available at https://www.asgtekideal.com/. By using the Application you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Prisma ERP is a business management application. The Google Calendar integration is an optional feature that publishes the calendar events you create inside Prisma ERP to a dedicated calendar in your own Google account (a one-way synchronization from Prisma ERP to Google Calendar).

2. Google Calendar integration

• The integration is activated only after you explicitly authorize it through Google's OAuth consent screen, and can be disconnected at any time.
• The Application only creates and manages a dedicated calendar and the events it publishes to that calendar. It does not modify your other calendars or events.
• Our handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to use the Application in compliance with applicable laws and not to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
• You are responsible for the content of the events you create and publish.

4. Availability

We strive to keep the Application available and the integration functioning, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis and may be subject to maintenance, updates, or interruptions. A failure of the Google Calendar integration never blocks your use of Prisma ERP itself.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thinking Dynamics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Application or the Google Calendar integration.

6. Changes and termination

We may modify these Terms or discontinue features at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. You may stop using the Application and disconnect the integration at any time.
